EXCHANGES
'Gothic Revival' understands that sizing corsets is notoriously difficult at
the best of times & purchasing from the internet adds another dimension of
problems. We want you to buy with confidence so you will be glad to learn
that 'Gothic Revival' will happily exchange any items that are returned to
us within 7 days of the delivery date. You can exchange for different sizes
or designs, whatever you would like to try next. The only provision is that
the corset is returned to us in the exact condition that it was sent out in.
You can try it on but please do not remove the tags or bend the bones.
When returning garments we advise you use the 1st class recorded service
from the Royal Mail, with this service you will be issued with a tracking
number, the garment is your responsibility until it arrives back with us so
please do use this service, it can save a lot of problems when things go
missing. We are happy to cover the cost of the P+P for the exchange to go
back out to you but getting the item back to us will be the customers
responsibility. We advise if possible to reuse the packaging the garments
will be received in.
All exchanges will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the return
(Monday -Thursday). Any items received on a Friday will be exchanged on the
following Monday, exchanges will not however be sent out the same day they
are received. If you need an exchange in a hurry please do let us know.
REFUNDS
Provided the items are returned within 7 days of delivery in the exact
condition they were dispatched in you will be entitled to a full refund for
the items, please be aware however that the shipping charges are
non-refundable.
We aim to process refunds within 48 hours of receiving the returned goods.
Please allow 2-5 working days for the refund to be credited to your account.
This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is out of our
control. Your refund will be credited to the same account from which you
made the original purchase.
FAULTY / DEFECTIVE ITEMS
On the rare occasion that customers receive faulty items 'Gothic Revival'
will of course refund the full cost of the item or exchange the item.
