Returns Policy

Please ensure you read our sizing guides, prior to purchasing any of our corsets.

CORSETS
All of our products should reach you in perfect condition. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, and your corset is returned to us unused, and in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt, we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note.

All items must be returned in perfect condition (unless being returned due to damage). We therefore ask that all corsets be tried on over a t-shirt and not very tightly laced until you are sure you are satisfied with the goods.

Please ensure you include your invoice (or order number and date of purchase) and a note stating why the goods are being returned, and whether an exchange or credit is required.

CUSTOM MADE CORSETS
Please note that custom made corsets may not be returned unless faulty, and corsets used for tight lacing cannot be returned.

LINGERIE & CORSET SETS 
(any corset/ basque/ lingerie including briefs/ thongs/ G Strings/ panties)
Due to the intimate nature of our corset sets & lingerie, for personal hygiene reasons, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges.

SALE ITEMS
As all of our sale items are heavily discounted, we cannot offer any exchanges or refunds.

Gothic Revival cannot accept any responsibility for the costs incurred in returning goods, nor for goods lost or damaged in transit. We therefore highly recommend all returns are sent insured and by recorded delivery.
